Business Outlook
Pros
I have had a phenomenal team with a manager that respects my time and enables me to get my work done. Working outside 9-5 hours has been few and far between for big releases or emergency fixes. A great introduction into the workforce, coming from a research/academic background.
Cons
I was hired as a remote candidate, but have still been compelled to return to office 3 days a week. They are getting less flexible about this by the day and I can only hope they dont add another day a week I have to go into the office.
