Pros

Young,vibrant community with an excellent corporate culture and fun company events. Great work environment and work-life balance. The corporate headquarters are located in Greenville, SC which is a beautiful up-and-coming city and a good place to raise a family.

Cons

Depending on the department, there are limited opportunities for serious advancement. Entry-level salaries are reasonable, but do not necessarily increase significantly as employees advance within the company.

The culture was fantastic, the people were welcoming, and it was a great experience. Great company that continues to grow and adapt with today's environment.

Cons

The only negative would be the salary; however, that is to be expected given that it is a lean-operating distribution company.
