      Pros

      Cafe, gym, walking trail, in house nurse, vendor paid lunches, events, etc.

      Cons

      Management is so far gone, they could care less if you succeed or not in your career there. No good trainings, you are thrown to the wolves.

      More than 6 years working hard, mostly every day afterhours, meeting quotas comsistenly, but most positions were send to Colombia and Mexico firing 80% of the personal in one day

      The worst employment experience of my life at the Norcross, GA location.

      Pros

      Free coffee, free water fountain. There are not plastic cups or silverware so bring your own daily. And a small office turned workout room.

      Cons

      The employees and management exhibit cult like behavior and if you speak up on the blatant injustices then you will be slowly let go from the company. The office is small and there is no privacy. The managers stand over you all day and constantly ask what tasks you are working on. Micromanagement is ENCOURAGED! I would not advise my worst enemy to go anywhere near this Norcross office.
