      Entry-level peers are considerate and collaborative.

      Multiple executives have resigned with little to no explanation. Healthcare plan is not good. No plan for a career path. Decision making is at the exec level, so it's hard to feel ownership. C-level executives are out of touch with the modern workers needs and attitudes towards work vs life. CEO makes 95x the median wage.
