      The sense of community, support, leadership, opportunities to develop, inclusivity, encouragement and empowerment makes Schneider Electric a great place to work. Everyday I learn, everyday I grow - I feel like I have found my people and it's the most wonderful thing. Super excited to be a part of the Schneider story &for the future I can build here.

      Great work environment! There a lots of opportunities for career growth and development. The company provides lots of learning opportunities. They provide access to online courses that can be very helpful, specially when trying to familiarise with the products/businesses that the company provides. Not only that, but people are very motivated and driven. Schneider Electric also provides very flexible arrangements and good perks.

      Cons

      As any other large organisation, sometimes decision-making can be slower because there are more processes and approvals.
