      Large company with last century attitude. Lack of processes, you are promoted f you are part of the innner circle only.

      Pros

      They have good benefits and the HR team tries to be as reachable as possible. There are plenty of "best place to work" campaigns. People are really engaged to work. They offer always their best. You feel free to speak with people from any level and share your opinion.

      Cons

      There is a complex way to get information in there. Teams that do exactly the same thing but in different countries are not encourage to share knowledge. I had a situation where I found an opportunity in a client but it was really hard to find someone to provide any technical details about the product we could offer to this client. At the end, there was no response...
