      Could do better, but better than most.

      Pros

      Many opportunities for personal growth, so long as you work with the system. The make a good product that you can be proud to sell, and they take care of their own after you put in the initial time. They are also quite an honest and down to earth company - everyone employed just wants to do the right thing. There aren't many rampaging egos.

      Cons

      The cronyism. The lack of a long term vision. The senior staff remain out of touch of the field due to a strict chain of command infrastructure. There is also a lack of courage to strive for greatness, and a lack of leadership in shaping strategies for the brand in the future. It feels like we live quarter to quarter and make knee jerk reactions monthly.

      Pros

      The benefits are great. Wonderful income protection benefits and tuition reimbursment program. They even offer reimbursment for joining a health club.

      Cons

      The company does not seem to embrace diversity. If you are not in the "in crowd" and look the same as everyone else your opinion does not count. You will not be mentored or have someone to care about your development within the company.

      chance to work on Latest Technologies working for an R&D centre good work culture good work life balance

      Cons

      growth will be very slow(minimum 5 years to be a senior Software Engineer) pay is average(as per market standards) HR policies are poor 3 months notice period(not buyable)
