      Pros

      Flexible work at home options. Opportunity for advancement (try to promote from within at times)

      Cons

      1-3% raises with no raises given last review cycle for anyone. Clearly trying to sell company or it’s failing. Not a good sign. All good leaders left. Higher ups don’t listen and don’t care when clients are out of control. Little to no support despite asking multiple times to be supported.

      The company is great and truly cares about their employees. No micro managing . Everyone I worked with was helpful and friendly. Great company culture.

      Work load is insane and the pay isn't great.

      Seabreeze makes sure to hire employees that will done only bring great experience, but will fit into the (work family) culture.

      Cons

      The job is extremely tough for the pay. There’s too much work for one person to day, and can lead to a lot of stress.
