- Some Execs and VPs have no clue about their org and how to run it

- If you are not a white male, you have very little chance in getting promoted to a senior leadership role. ( A great deal of disparity)
- While they hiring minorities, they are only hired in lower level roles.
- Limited to nonexistence of minority senior leadership - Directors, Senior Consultants, VPs, Execs {maybe one} ( None in Sales or Finance or Product for example) - - It seems this company do not promote or recruit women of color in Director, Senior Consultant or above roles
- Security company yet are truly behind as well as the tools to do the job.
