Pros

Help in graduation (50%) Seniortec - an event where trending technologies are discussed Profit share Friendly coworkers, willing to help at any time Company's events (parties, games and other recreational activities) Some investment on employee training Flexible work schedule, you just have to work 8,5 hours a day (Mon to Fri) Easy to start a career

Cons

Too much bureaucracy, inhibiting creativity Very censured Internet Crowded work area New technologies and methodologies are discussed but any is rarely used High delay to promote or raise one's salary despite of promises made by leader (one of your superiors) There are many programmers who are not aware of the product they are building (eg: you write the code but has never seen the software's interface nor used it) Excessive endomarketing Innovation is often discussed but nothing else is done to make it happen Many inexperienced employees because the experienced ones are not valued by leaders (as they are by coworkers) and resign

Pros

Fun team (depending on which one you are in). Two monitors to work with. Employees have an official group for parties (employer pays 50% of party expenses). Free (bad) coffee.

Cons

Managerial level is super weak. They don't do software for years and no manager has deep knowledge in software field. They use a lot of buzzwords (Big Data, IoT, etc) but produce very little actual products that leverage those technologies. Strict control for working hours (you have to work exactly 8.5h per day, even if you stare at the monitor for hours), very little concern about work quality, they rely on work hours (effort) for everything (project management, estimation, cost, etc). You also have to discriminate how much time you spend on each task each day, up to the minutes. If you only discriminate 6h of your work day, expect an e-mail from your manager asking you to fix your hour sheet.

Work schedule is flexible (but you need to furfill 44 hours per week); Good company to start a career in programming, since you can get a job without having experience.

Cons

Salaries are lower than other companies in town; Relies heavily on outdated technologies, such as Delphi 5; Process is very bureaucratic; Criteria for promotion of employees is not always fair; Too much unexperienced employees; Excessive endomarketing.
