Business Outlook
Pros
Salary is higher than the market's average :) The benefits for employees are really amazing (at least in Brazil) allowing us to save our money with things like health care and many others expenses we usually have to handle for ourselves. The company is located in a easy place to access in São Paulo, among many other nice companies and their buildings. It's a beautiful place to be and work in a great city like this.
Cons
We're still facing issues with Agile methods. People doesn't understand very well which roles SCRUM has, and even how to perform these roles. Yet I believe it's a matter of time to change this scenario :)
