Pros

Good direct management. Flexibility to work fully remote or hybrid, depending on position. Good early in career programs.

Cons

Terrible hours - get ready to work with teams across multiple timezones in never ending meetings. Instability due to frequent reorgs and below-average career perspective. Product is too complex and, frankly, boring.

Hours can be brutal, politics and bureaucracy cause internal decision making to take unbelievably long. Severe lack of flexibility due to standardization efforts. Zero and I mean zero internal mobility opportunities, promotions are next to impossible
