      Pros

      Small territories (less driving), HR team was wonderful, the people overall were great & created a family environment, training team

      Cons

      Micromanagement was common in periods of uncertainty (when drugs weren't performing, often due to factors outside of reps control), a lot of turnover & reps leaving, leadership often came from internal promotions and those who came from other pharma companies didn't stay long, innovation lacking, promotion opportunities quite limited

      Servier's company culture is different from other pharma. They highly value their people through benefits, salaries, continuous training and development and most importantly, support and guidance especially during onset of COVID-19 pandemic.
