Pros
Not many, unless you like manipulative politics and Upper Management that likes to yell at and put down professional employees in front of internal, cross-functional, and external colleagues and other wonderfully professional behavior.
Cons
HR department that doesn't respond to employees - would rather support the source of the problem - seems that the company value to SPEAK UP - is a false front. A little like the Wizard of OZ, not exactly what you were led to believe..... Apparently, they'd rather have a significant number of people quit than remove the source of the problem. Hope that works for you!
