Pros

- Pretty good starting salary - Lots of employee benefits and initiatives, good lunches, organized social events and helpful HR - Good work-life balance, no expectation to work long hours or weekends - Middle management is very open to discussion and feedback - Some talented people trying to improve things

Cons

- Extremely poor IT infrastructure and support, no internet access, the sort of place people still print out their emails - Stifling bureaucracy and heavy hierarchy, takes weeks for simple things to get done - Lack of opportunities for training and advancement - Lots of talk of innovation, but still feels 10 years behind competitors - Very conservative higher management
