      Management moving in the right direction to improve culture

      Pros

      Nice people to work with. Nice restaurant. Flexitime. Good health insurance.

      Cons

      Still a couple of managers finding it hard to change their culture and leading with a stick not a carrot. Training extremely poor. A lot of experience gone and a lot of agency workers on the factory floor with little knoledge. Large variences in basic wages.

      - Great medicines, respectful company, well-known brand - Insurance, car, laptop, iPad - Conferences in great places twice a year

      Cons

      - Increasing beauracrasy, lot's of paperwork - Absence of transparency - Nobody wants to promote hard-working employees with excellent results - Every regional manager sets his own rules and policies - Salary doesn't increase with increasing responsibilities
