      Pros

      People were fun and expectations were realistic. Good benefits!

      Cons

      Major problems with upper management. Old boys club who have no idea how to launch new products- gone are the Coversyl days but there seemed to be no plan for the future ahead. Lack of pipeline/innovation in GP medicine. There is a mentality that Servier is the end all and be all. Once you’re out you’ll have a breath of fresh air.
