Pros
- Nice Supervisors and PACs - Personally got along with management, believe that they are doing the best they can with what they have to work with - Nice colleagues to work with, everyone willing to help each other - +33% on top of annual with 3 shift cycle (Not worth it, IMO) - 31,000 after shift benefit is good considering you do not need any qualifications to get the job
Cons
- 3 shift cycle is very difficult, very strenuous on the body - Clear divide between management and worker - No opportunity to develop a career, you're there to do a job and stay in that job for the next 20 years. - Agency worker
