      Pros

      Good pay, good products, good sales team.

      Cons

      Budget is too high and almost impossible to reach, as well as variable compensation. A lot of pressure top-down and you can see that people are generally unhappy and not motivated, with the company culture. Sales people have to memorize the sales speech, and use it with customers (MD's). No career evolution at all.

      Pros

      Good experience to help set up new Servier plant in Russia. Good compensation and benefits. Good culture. First CEO hired some professional people from pharma industry people could learn from, spirits were high.

      Cons

      After management change best people left. New CEO hired new managers without pharma knowledge and not honest. Did not see real situation, mistakes blamed by new managment on people.
