Good benefits and work life balance
Cons
Good for beginners, a disaster for experienced professionals. You are not pushed to innovate, go the extra mile or change roles if you don't feel like it. You may stay in your comfort zone until retirement (this can be positive or negative). It feels like there is no actual opportunity to grow. No real intention to change the status quo. They speak about it, but you don't see it in day to day activities. The approach is top down, very hierarchical organization. Openly sharing your opinion or trying to bring a different approach feels unwelcomed,from what I have witnessed and newcomers learn quickly this rule
