      Great work environment I loved my job, my team etc.

      Cons

      No support in there from HR or senior management to career progress. I returned after having a baby for 2 months before they let me go without an explanation as to why. Sole reason was because I had a baby and I asked for unpaid parental leave time off 2 days a month and my Manager didn't like it. They only hire on agency contract s and your just a number they let you go with just a phone call.

      the values are well cscaded through all the company employee's and its vision is well translated to actionable goals to be achieved by each employee

      it is challenging as Servier are in reshaping its strategic longterm goals which should defintly affect some all employees who are not willing to change
