      It has an encouraging work-life balance, once you get your rhythm, you'd sail through work. However, if you're still trying to find that rhythm, it could be tough.

      Cons

      The salary could be better. Considering the situation in Nigeria at the moment, it isn't there yet. Also, the car policy specifically, is a significant concern.
