Pros
Good benefits, open time off (just don’t abuse it!), work from home opportunities and recently opened US R & D facility.
Cons
Zero communication between Paris (HQ) and Boston. Lots of unproductive time spent in meetings that take away working time. Salaries not to industry scale. Weird ownership structure with no equity offering. Strangest long term incentive program. HR detached from reality (I know—what else is new?). A place where people come to either start and move on or choose to retire. Not a long term employer because the French managers don’t understand anything about the US pharma industry and wing it.
