      Very good for retirement, beautiful office in Moscow, relaxed colleagues to have nice long lunches outside and extended coffee breaks. Great coffee.

      Cons

      If you are results driven or have own opinion need to slow down, or will stand out. Newcomers who stand out are not welcome. Top down management with employees treated like 3 year olds.
