Pros
Extremely open & collaborative culture (from co-workers to upper management). Everyone is a colleague. Many opportunities for being involved via employee networks, events, courses, etc. Highly ethical culture. Sustainability is a key factor. Leadership spirit is valued.
Cons
Extremely long hours due to very high workload. Learning has to be done at own time. Compensation should be higher, especially considering the workload, long-hours and frequent increase in responsibility. Promotions only happen by finding a new internal role.
