Pros

It pays reasonably well compared to other SE Asian places. There are reasons for this though... The campsite is in a nice natural environment, with plenty of wildlife, such as hornbills, monkeys, snakes and otters, to be spotted right outside your front door.

Cons

A very nasty working culture, with strong overtones of nepotism, racism and religious discrimination. Only muslim Malays really benefit from this company. Any criticism of management is dealt with in revenge, either in staff evaluations or job assignments. Brunei is also radicalising in a religious way nowadays, with rules around ramadan and alcohol consumption for foreigners now approaching those of Saudi Arabia.

Pros

people, flexible schedule, pay, benefits

Cons

too much red tape to accomplish the most simple tasks, management by consensus often stymies accomplishment meetings and premeeting meetings
