      Pros

      Company culture facilitates employee engagement, assignments keep you challenged and interested at work, your able to see how you directly add value to the business, your given opportunities to learn and grow along with a formal development process, and your surrounded by people who are smart, open, and willing to help.

      Cons

      In such a global company at times it's easy to feel the sting of bureaucratic policies from centralized functions such as finance and policy.

      Pros

      They have great benefits and a strong family orientation. There's plenty of opportunities for "go get 'em" types. The family culture is hard to beat in the refineries, but only if you fit in.

      Cons

      Limited feed back and opportunities for steady performers. If you're not looking to be the CFO, you're treated poorly and opprtunities go away. Communication on important, but not "secret" issues is non-existent.

      Learning Company, Great compensation, talented colleagues, intellectual freedom, global projects and teams, great collaborative technology, big projects, Technological Leader, pay tied to performance

      Cons

      Slow progression, not enough differentiation between good and great, Too much complacency, not enough of an external focus, HR function is not as strong as it should be; too many promotions based upon technical talent instead of leadership ability.
