Pros
1) Salary is competitive. 2) Good Progression (if you are good)
Cons
Some time back, they introduced a new HR policy to review people with a tenure >5 years because according to them, we were being over-paid and perhaps may be too comfortable. They tried to get rid of people with an appraisal score of B and below. (Mind you, an A for appraisal is almost unheard of. Majority will fall in B or B+). For me, they tried to find some bogus way to get rid of me so that they don't have to compensate me fairly. This is how they treat your loyalty.
