      Pros

      Pretty much result oriented. After certain level, you get to own your own project. As long as you deliver, you're good. It's a lot of hardwork and you get to work with some of the smartest young people.

      Cons

      Their HR is a joke. Work is stressful and HR works almost like internal PR. Instead of solving problems, they are often diffusing them. Lots of silly activities. Reco for singles.
