Awesome people - very collaborative environment, the people are very nice and every day feels like working with friends Opportunity for growth and promotions - I could say I learned so much in Shopee, from sales, marketing, data analysis, etc. Promotions (in rank and salary) are very achievable as long as it reflects on your KPIs. There's also opportunity for lateral transfers. Tech-driven company - This is a good environment for Gen Zs and millennials
Cons
Fast-paced environment - You need to learn how to keep up with sudden changes, adhoc tasks, etc. Toxic upper management - This is inevitable in every company. Based on my personal experience, only experienced 2 toxic upper management bosses. Just need to learn how to deal with them.
