      Friendly colleagues and great working environment

      Cons

      -Zero guidance for work, literally needs to discover the work or task by own self's effort. -Will need to do "other" people's works by hooks or by crooks. (And not being appreciated as it will turns out to be your responsibilities, if anything goes wrong) -Leader who is inexperienced and lacks of people skills. (Hard to communicate as well)
