      Company is toxic from the top level down to HR. Politics and Power hungry individuals who only hire those who will do as told and not question. I guess to sum it up the company has Singapore attitude and is operating in Malaysia with the same attitude of hiring people based on ethnicity and not skill set and experience. Flat level management ensures that when things go wrong those at executive level are blamed.
