      Great Pay and talented people

      Pros

      A lot of smart, kind people work there. The products and projects challenge you and have a real-world impact.

      Cons

      A lot of red tape and politics. It's not game of thrones or anything, but projects can be delayed months because people often pull rank and challenge entire teams on their implementation without having proper context.

      Worked with some great people Learned about large scale software deployment

      Cons

      Self involved CEO that puts out monthly "town halls" that consist of nothing but him being interviewed by his direct reports stroking his ego Senior leadership that doesn't care about hiring and firing thousands of people. COO said one month before I was laid off there will be no more layoffs, these things aren't just decided with a day's notice.
