Business Outlook
Pros
I work on the Talent Acquisition team here, and it's wonderful. Limitless growth opportunities if you go out of your way to ask for/get them. I feel like I can be myself here; there's no work persona. No fear of repercussions when making a complaint or giving feedback either.
Cons
Not really many downsides. If anything I'd say that during meetings, not everyone has a chance to contribute. The squeaky wheel gets the grease in these cases. It's always the same few people talking.
