Pros
Great people in most teams, perks like flexible remote work and paid time off, work life balance is good if you set boundaries for yourself
Cons
Culture is ever-changing, huge focus on AI (can be a positive as you get to learn and experiment, but it's all ultimately to replace your own job), executives are far removed from reality. Plus, the internal impact review system is not there to help you grow or succeed, it's to prevent giving people promotions. It's demotivating, it's ridiculous, and even though they already underpay, this is another way of making sure people are not promoted equitably.
