They offer good benefits, and being remote is a plus too

Cons

Work can be very heavy, no recognition for good work. No holiday time off, being in support is like being the lowest tier in Titanic. You're just a number to them.

Pay is pretty good, some really talented teammates Amazing product

Cons

Extremely unorganized and chaotic. Management will verbally share rules for engagement and then just a few days or weeks later, completely reneg on those statements and go in the opposite direction. Wild changes around how comp is handled every few months Does not honor stated commission agreements, and every quarter tries to claw back earned commissions Leadership treats everyone like a cog in a massive machine: there is no caring for individuals, you are just your metrics and that's about it
