Pros
- Opportunity to work with great people. - Lots of opportunities to work on cool stuffs if you're in the right team and at the right time. - Treat people like fellow human and offer great benefits with great Work life balance.
Cons
- Very top down. Power concentrates at the top. Everything you do, you need approval from the top. - Communication is bad because leadership is stuck in limbo between being transparent and being secretive. - Low comp - Decisions take a very long time due to constant change in the org structure. - Things move slow. It looks fast but progress is actually slow. I don't actually know why maybe because of bureaucracy? Lack of resources? Lack of focus?
