      Pros

      - Depending on your manager, very flexible - Benefits are pretty amazing & lots of employee appreciation touchpoints - A leader in the industry - always working on and rolling out interesting innovations ahead of the market - If you live near the offices, they are great spaces to work from and connect with others - Worked with a ton of awesome, intelligent people - Lots of opportunity to grow or explore other disciplines

      Cons

      - Layoffs are ALWAYS happening quietly, caused a lot of anxiety - Restructures happen quite frequently and unnecessarily - got whiplash from boomeranging back and forth between strategies, was distracting and always took a lot of time to reset before ultimately changing again - A lot of internal politics

      - The people who actually do the work are hard working, kind, creative, and deeply intelligent - Name recognition gets you far

      Cons

      Leadership here is a joke. Constant re-orgs, bell curve performance reviews with quotas that turn into excuses to lay people off. All to cover up for the fact that leadership doesn't know what it's doing, with no regard for the employee lives it affects. There are constantly new initiatives launched before an old one has really been given the resources and time it requires. Get ready to have all of your work paused for 1-2 quarters and then try to prove your impact in a performance review after not being allowed to move forward on anything. Have fun explaining to the COO who "just wants to get to know your department" what it is you do in 5 minutes or less. Leadership just has zero EQ.
