      Shopify will push you to be a constant learner to improve your craft. You are expected to improve by 40% YoY. There’s a deep appreciation for the craft. Shopify is truly mission driven, and that’s mostly possible because of the business model that is directly aligned with the mission and the customers.

      Cons

      If you don’t like change this place is not for you. Shopify moves fast and is always adjusting the team formation for maximum impact on the mission.
