      Immerse amount of workload and tight deadline, promising you bright future and exposure.

      Cons

      After completion of all the work and getting the compliment that “your performance is great!” during review, you get a pathetic 1% yearly increment. The salary certainly doesn’t reflect the amount of effort and contribution we have put in, it doesn’t even match market inflation rate. While our senior leadership is getting all the money and credits. Disgusting.
