There is a general dehumanisation of the support going on, impacting the mental well-being of the employees, and a general dismissal of that fact by management and higher management. There used to be possibilities to grow and evolve within the company, which are gone - now employees are either stuck in the position they're highered in or they'll be move forcibly to teams they didn't even apply to to fill in the gaps created by higher management decisions with low to no recognition at all
