Our culture is the sum of all our parts; how creative, diverse in thought and background, and how impactful we are help makes that culture better every day. Regardless of our backgrounds, locations, or teams, our mission and values link us together. Being a constant learner is something we value highly. Our merchant's businesses need to change quickly; they need to pivot (sometimes overnight) to stay successful and we need to change just as fast to accommodate! There is a lot to learn, so if you feel like you need some help with managing your work, I'd definitely advise reaching out to your Team Lead. They are there to help.       My lead wants to help me grow as a person, I feel heard. Work is challenging, but you take it at your own pace. I'm given plenty of opportunities to take time to learn and interact with other teams at the company.

      Cons

      Permanent WFH, I would like to have an office, but it's not too bad.
