Cons

Você deve ser um puxa saco pra conseguir subir de cargo, por isso nunca saí do lugar. Conheci pessoas que conseguiram sim, sem puxar saco, mas isso depende de gestor, e na maioria das vezes, elea gostam de ter o ego massageado.
