      Pros

      Siemens is a great place to work. It is a huge company, with excelent growth opportunities, specially for young people. The company invests in training and development of its workforces and has consisten human resources policies.

      Cons

      Managerial behavior is very heterogeneous. Failure of a manager in following the company's human resources policies and even abusive behavior are often overlooked. Internal politics are very, very strong.
