Scarce opportunity to grow. Trying to get to an understanding with your manager when work related problems arise will get only worse since managers won't listen to what you have to say.

Pervasive culture of blame, everyone is out to cover their butt and blame someone else if something goes wrong. Which is odd because generally speaking things go fairly well. The incentive structure is set up the measure some departments productivity and to increase that metric it often sets one department against another. In other words we spend more time "in-fighting" then servicing our customers.
