      Wish the internship program was more organized. I felt myself bored without anything to do a lot of times.

      Special group in Berlin for GT commissioning

      Pros

      Small specialised group in Berlin with focus on the employees. Good contact with higher management of the group, they really try to care... Open-minded and multicultural team with very high level of techical know-how and skills...at least for the moment. Good salary.

      Cons

      Don't even think about a family, it's impossible. The future doesn't look so nice, quite a lot of projects (75%) in dangerous countries. Very specialised job, hard to think about other career opportunities. Massive and not qualified project management team.
