      Great coworkers but poor management and morale issues

      Pros

      Coworkers are awesome. Very friendly and enjoyable to be around. Great first job, not a place to stay for the long run.

      Cons

      Management is a complete mess. No consistency between teams within the same department. Morale is rather negative and at times toxic; begins with the management and rolls downhill. Not much room for career advancement.

      Great for learning when starting

      Pros

      - Hybrid - Great advantages on the side

      Cons

      - You have almost no control on any infrastructure - Most tools and system are managed by third parties - Everybody is an exception and everything is treated differently - Lots of clics of people. Beware of who you talked to as it can get you in trouble.

      Pros

      Not a lot of pros honestly. It’s just your average corporate company. They have good 401k match and health coverage, but other than that there’s not much to it. It definitely feels like they’re behind in some aspects and they could do better but there’s no effort in improving

      Cons

      Only 1 day WFH, very boring, work life balance is not the best, doesn’t feel fulfilling
