      Pros

      Employees are well being taken care of. Output based which allows employees to practice time management both off and on work, and provides great acknowledgment and appreciation to employees for a job well done. I believe that employees stay and keep going when they are well appreciated and valued. And that's one of the best things that Simplus does.

      Cons

      Technically still new for an organization so there are still many things to improve on. But it's a process.

      Sqware Peg to Simplus - Makes Sense

      Simplus makes Complex things Simple. This statement is so true. Even the acquisition of Sqware Peg has not effected the culture or operations, if anything, the times ahead have invigorated the office with greater opportunities for all.

      I really liked the old square business cards.

      - With the recent acquisition by Simplus, Sqware Peg has truly been put onto the global platform - Fast growing AU practice - Increasing number of Enterprise customers who bring an exciting and challenging environment to work in - If you want to be challenged in a fast paced, ever changing and exciting environment, Sqware Peg (now Simplus AU) is the place to be - Culture has always played (with Sqware Peg), and continues to be, an integral role to the Simplus family - A growing Leadership and Operational Management team which has allowed internal opportunities and promotion - Breaking the mould of a typical IT environment, whereby we have an even split of female to male consultants - Being involved in an expanding and exciting Global business

      Cons

      - Keeping up with the growth of a global business I cant see any other Cons at this point in time.
