Pros
Coworkers are smart and supportive. The only reason I’m staying is due to my current manager.
Cons
Infosys has ruined what used to be a good company. Everyone I talk to or work with is stressed beyond measure. The mass exodus of c level leaders and experienced senior leaders is a gap that is not showing a clear vision to the remaining employees. A nearly 💯 turn over of sales in the past few months has resulted in missing targets. I doubt anyone will see second half bonuses since there are constant threats of layoffs for the past 3 months. The environment is chaos. The change of when promotions and a possible merit increase from April to July is a deplorable experience for the employees, at least there is the promised back pay from April.
