      Cons

      If you’re contracted with an establishment through Sodexo the companies can sometimes clash. My experience with Sodexo employees was good but some experience in my contract position was not good

      Good WFH flexibility Pretty decent benefits package

      Very poor communication from upper management to middle management. You have to constantly ask what you can do to help, and will get no feedback on your work regardless of how well it is done. No performance reviews either, despite both you and your manager getting reminder emails. You’ll get told that taking time off is ok, only for it to be held against you later. Employee turnover is also concerningly high, lots of staff there who have only been with the company for less than 3 years.
